| The Perigord is located inland in the south west of France, off Bordeaux. The most southern part of the province is called the Dordogne or “Perigord noir”, which is very beloved by tourists. The campsite is situated on a ridge in between two rivers, Dordogne and Vézère. The nearest village is Le Coux et Bigaroque (3,5 km). You can find cosy authentic street markets and modern supermarkets in the villages of Siorac and Le Bugue (5 km and 7 km from the campsite). There is a little public gravel beach at the river Dordogne at a distance of 4 km from the campsite. Almost all important sights in the Dordogne are to be found within 25 km from the campsite. |  | |
